Always yoga, always cardio, always dancing… sounds boring? Not here. 

You can pick and choose, create your own carousel of sessions, that will take care of you holistically. You can add diversity to your schedule where a package of sessions means a blend of your own choice, while balancing your physical, mental and emotional wellness, and having fun doing so. 

We keep adding to the list of available sessions, so you won't get bored, and currently we have for you ⬇️

Aquabike

Aquabike combines the invigorating experience of cycling with the refreshing element of water. It is a 45 minute activity that combines aqua gym with spinning. It works cardio and strength without impact. You will tone your body while protecting your joints, and improve your body posture and lung capacity.

  • Low impact on the body - the support of the water greatly reduces the risk of muscle and joint injuries (ideal for injury rehabilitation)

Bungee Up

Bungee Up is a physical activity that combines functional exercises, acrobatics, and dance or fitness movements with the use of an elastic harness suspended from the ceiling. This discipline allows for jumps, flights, and low-impact movements that strengthen the body in a fun and safe way. The sensation of flying and the dynamics of the class create a fun and stimulating experience.

    Cross Pilates With MOTR

    Cross Pilates with MOTR or 'movement on the roller' allows working on resistance, coordination, agility and, balance. The resistances you have can be adjusted to 3 different levels equivalent to 1.5kg, 3kg and 4.5kg. With MOTR you can do almost all exercises that you propose yourself, tackle all muscular groups and adapt the exercises to each ones level. The sessions are limited to eight people allowing for personalised attention. During 55 minutes you will enjoy a dynamic, fun and global training.

    SUP Yoga is a wellness experience that unites yoga and nature to reconnect with yourself in a balanced and calm way. This session is a yoga class on a board, in the waters of the sea. It allows for connecting body, mind and breath, in the mids of nature. While floating, you will feel present, calm, and in balance.

    The Well-Being Escalator are monthly sessions taking place live online. They are designed to deliver tips and advice tailored to your well-being needs, underpinned with the latest wellness industry and science discoveries. Each month we focus on a different area of well-being (body, mind, stress release, sleep, energy, etc.), chosen by a popular demand. Each session ends with Q&A for your chance to find an answer to a burning question.
